1. The exhibitors contact the organizing committee of the exhibition to sign up for the exhibition, and the organizing committee will arrange the booth according to the order of registration and the declared area;

2. The exhibitors fill in the Exhibition Application Contract in detail, affix the official seal/contract seal of the company, and send it back to the exhibition organizing committee with the business license;

3. After the organizing committee reviews and approves, it will stamp and return the application contract to determine the booth;

4. The exhibitors shall pay the related expenses according to the time stipulated in the contract;

5. The Organizing Committee provides pre-exhibition services and assists exhibitors in preparing for the exhibition.
